Place the connector, terminals up, in a vise prepare the wire ends by "tinning" them (coating with solder). Trim tinned wire to proper length to fit into terminals (no exposed wire upon insertion). Fill with solder, place the trimmed , tinned wire against the soldified solder in the terminal. Re-heat, insert tinned wire end, let harden. RESULT: a perfect connection every time!
